Staples Annual Sales Meeting
Viva Las Vegas! For their annual internal sales meeting, Staples headed to the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas, the perfect destination for a large-scale event with all the fun and bright lights of Las Vegas without the complexity of an on-the-Strip location.
For the event, TMN Events handled registration for both attendees and tradeshow vendors, hotel reservations, ground transportation, food and beverage selections, entertainment sourcing, audio visual prouduction in the general session and in breakouts, event app coordination, onsite gifting experiences, all printed materials including name badges and directional signage, plus tradeshow logistics including vendor set-up, shipping and gamification.
The five day event included a large general session for over 200 attendees plus multiple breakout sessions each day. Each evening concluded with a dinner function at one of the Virgin Hotel’s many onsite venues, highlighted by an evening on the outdoor lawn complete with a live band and whiskey tasting!
This was Staples’ first annual sales meeting held in-person since the Covid-19 Pandemic. Through their involvement, TMN Events was able to provide the valuable services only an in-person event can bring and attendees were thrilled by the expereince as a whole and the opportunity to come together again face to face with their teams.
Executive Golf Retreat
This annual executive networking event, curated by TMN Events, takes place at a premier golf resort each year. The 2024 edition pictured here was hosted at the Sea Island Resort located in St Simons Island, Georgia. Intimate and highly exclusive, this gathering offered our clients a unique opportunity to foster meaningful one-on-one connections with their channel partners in an unparalleled setting.
Customized transportation pickups were arranged for all the executives upon arrival from the airport to the resort, based on their flight times. Attendees were treated to a three-day, two-night golf experience, complete with caddies to guide them throughout their rounds on both the Seaside Course and the Plantation Course.
Their time was elevated with privatized breakfast gatherings and unique dining experiences, including a memorable dinner on the driving range followed by a glow golf competition under the stars. A second evening featured an elegant reception overlooking the Speedway Putting Course enhanced with fresh oysters on the half shell and a live soloist that played throughout the evening. The King Cottage which sits on the range at Sea Island was utilized as a hospitality suite throughout the week for attendees to come and go as they pleased. This suite included privatized range access where TMN’s PGA teaching professional provided individualized instruction to any attendees looking for some tools to improve their game.
These thoughtfully designed moments provided an intimate and sophisticated setting for attendees to deepen their professional connections.
By working closely with both the golf staff the resort staff at Sea Island, TMN Events was able to deliver an exceptional, elevated experience for our client and their guests!
HP Roadshow
The HP Roadshow travels the USA to 6/7 different cities every year. TMN has designed and built out this tradeshow and General Session from scratch so if all fits on a 52ft Truck. All cases and equipment are reusable including signage, this allows the event to be very flexible within a wide variety of spaces. This event caters to hundred’s of local customers showing of all of HP’s newest products and technologies, see below for some pictures and videos of this amazing roadshow.
Marco Incentive Trip
The Marco Reward trip in New Orleans, LA was a purely incentive event. TMN facilitated everything for the attendees from flights and hotel accommodation bookings to dinners and activities. This was a 4 day, 3 night program where TMN got to the opportunity to spoil the attendees with a deluxe event experience by treating them to 5-star accommodations at the Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans, Private multi-course meals, and cultural experiences unique to The Big Easy.
While in the hub of Louisianna attendees enjoyed a guided boat tour to see the surrounding swamps and wetlands, even spotting an alligator along the way! The group toured the city with an extremely knowledgeable and lively tour guide learning about the history, architecture, food and so much more. The end of the tour dropped everyone off at Café Du Monde where they got to indulge in the world famous beignets before casually strolling back through the French Quarter filled with beignets and the fascinating knowledge that has shaped New Orleans into the city that it is today.
