The TMN Events Team

Similar to some of the corporate giants of the world, TMN Events started as a very small “garage” business in 1998.  The internet and telephone shared the same line!  Due to these humble beginnings and “bootstrap” mentality, we have perfected the art of  scaling to our clients needs.  Pat and Scott’s mantra is to “lead by example”.  TMN Events is a full-service corporate event planning company, a destination management company, and a unique high-end incentive creation company.

For large, resource intensive events, TMN has a core employee base capable of managing our consistent, repeat contract staff for seamless delivery.  TMN also has the ability to manage most events with our core staff alone.  Every client and every event stakeholder is our first priority. You will never feel like a small fish in a large pond when working with us. We have a diversified staff of experienced, dedicated professionals who will work with you from the inception to completion of your event. You will never get the feeling your event is not important enough to merit our full attention and key staff from our team.

For the past 17 years we have prided ourselves on the fact that every event is significant to us and you will nearly always see one of the two owners of TMN events at your event…..not just shaking hands, but working on the nuts and bolts of  the event.

By partnering with corporate event stakeholders of  many Fortune 500 companies, TMN provides everything from visionary assistance for memorable incentive trips to high touch events where celebrity involvement requires complete discretion, privacy, and confidentiality. We have earned many stripes, taken a few lumps from the school of hard knocks, kept most of these “learning” experiences invisible to event attendees, and always retain a sense of humor throughout the process.

We strive to continue focusing on being the best event partner in the business!  We do what we say we will do, on time, and on budget.  We over-deliver, are prepared to adjust, and remain transparent to our clients and vendors…..this has proven to be an asset to both our clients and our business growth.

Founders Scott & PatTMN Events President Scott Winegar alongside Founder Pat Moloney.

Meet Our Team

Pat Moloney

Pat’s first career was as an educator, having taught for 22 years.  Pat made the transition to full time event planner in 1996, and founded The Meeting Network two years later.  Like many small businesses of our day, TMN started in the “garage”.  The first giant leap was the forming of Pat’s partnership with Scott Winegar in 2001.

In 2005, The Meeting Network grew into a new name, TMN Events and has grown into one of the most unique corporate event planning companies in North America.  Our clients are diverse and continue to engage TMN Events for a diverse variety of event formats and locations.  Pat’s goal with TMN is to build and foster an atmosphere of trust and respect that will permeate all facets of TMN and the events they coordinate.

When Pat is not working a TMN Events program, he loves spending time with his Wife Cheryl and her grandchildren……or on the golf course!

Scott Winegar

Prior to entering the corporate event planning world, Scott was a sales and marketing executive for several corporations, including General Electric and Marsh, Inc.  His focus turned entrepreneurial when he met his current business partner, Pat Moloney.  Scott and Pat joined forces in 2001 and have grown TMN Events from a small DMC based company to an international incentive and corporate event company with a reputation that is second to none.

Scott’s goal is to foster a culture at TMN where relationships are the foundation for building toward the future and complete transparency is the avenue to collaborative partnerships with both customers and vendors.  Scott is also focused on building a team of consummate professionals and fostering a, “whatever it takes” mentality to enable TMN to over-deliver for their clients.

Regardless of where TMN goes, Scott always rolls up his sleeves and takes a hands-on approach to making sure the clients of TMN get the absolute best service possible.

When not traveling for an event, you can find Scott mountain biking, road biking, river running in a raft or kayak, or traveling with his wife Gina to sporting events his children are involved in.

You can reach Scott at swinegar@tmnevents.com or 208-385-9510.

We like Tom’s professional detail oriented people approach, along with his practical project experience and business insight. When we needed to grow the TMN Events team, he was the perfect fit. Tom is involved with all aspects of event preparation, logistics, planning and on-site execution. He has a passion for creating successful events that allow clients to focus on their message and relationships.

She is a natural event planner with a flair for decorating and menu planning.

Whether at TMN World Headquarters researching, organizing, and pre-planning an event or on-site helping manage an event, you will always find Larkin with a smile on her face. While she loves to travel and see new places, her favorite part of working on any event is meeting new people and taking care of customers. Throughout Kathleen’s diverse professional career in corporate retail management, vendor compliance and operations, she has strengthened her organization and creativity skills and uses these skills in a variety of capacities at TMN.  Kathleen enjoys a good challenge and relishes on the continually changing environment and opportunities that arise from ensuring TMN provides the best possible customer experience.

Connie Scheer

TMN St. Louis

Photography, technology, telling a good story – these are all elements of Connie’s role with TMN Events that she has managed to combine into a model that works. Connie has been working with TMN Events since its inception.  As a result, she has been fortunate enough to be a part of some of the most beautiful and high profile events from the Sundance Film Festival in Park City to Indy Sports Car racing in Sonoma, castle tours in Germany, and all kinds of golfing events – her job scope has some mileage.

From event photography to your event registration websites and branding, she takes on new and challenging projects with a vengeance.  At times, she even tries to keep her family involved.  A proud mom of two teenage daughters, Brooklyn and Madison, the photography and travel bug has seemed to brush off on them as well.  Don’t be surprised to see them helping her out when possible!

Despite the location or the clientele, all of these high-end events require a unique team of professionals that understand what it takes to execute a seamless, unforgettable, and flawless event.  “I love my TMN Events family, and couldn’t imagine doing anything else.”       -Connie Scheer
